1 Platform Nature & Intermediation
GomlaStock operates strictly as a digital marketplace to showcase commercial products and facilitate communication between sellers and wholesale buyers. The platform is not a manufacturer or direct seller, and is not a party to direct sale transactions unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2 Seller Product Responsibility & Quality
Each seller holds full legal liability for products listed, descriptions, packaging, licenses, and regulatory compliance. GomlaStock bears no liability for product defects or seller non-compliance to the extent permitted by law.
3 Prohibited & Regulated Products (EDA / NFSA Notices)
Listing unregistered, counterfeit, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden. For products requiring official regulatory notification (e.g., dietary supplements and cosmetics regulated by the Egyptian Drug Authority or NFSA), merchants must supply authentic registration certificates prior to approval.
4 User & Merchant Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate information, refrain from intellectual property violations or deceptive practices, and maintain updated pricing and contact data.
5 Subscriptions & Fees
Merchant subscriptions are billed in accordance with the selected plan terms. Subscriptions grant access to specified platform tools and quota without guaranteeing sales volume.
6 Subscription Cancellation & Non-Refundable Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated or after service utilization commences, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7 Audit, Moderation & Account Suspension
GomlaStock reserves the right to review listings, request compliance documentation, and suspend accounts violating platform standards or legal mandates.
8 Limitation of Liability
Platform services are delivered with reasonable diligence without warranties of uninterrupted service. GomlaStock is not liable for commercial disputes between merchants and buyers.
9 Privacy & Data Protection
Personal and commercial data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Egyptian data protection standards.
10 Modifications to Terms
GomlaStock may update these Terms periodically, posting revised versions with effective dates on the platform.
11 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes shall be subject to competent Egyptian courts.
